چکیده
Abstract Protease is a type of enzyme that hydrolyzes proteins into peptides and amino acids. The demand for protease green technology in some industries like detergent, food, leather increasing nowadays. Some soil bacteria, especially the Bacillus strains, are known to have ability produce protease. Compared other sources plant animal origin, microbial has more advantages as it can be produced at an industrial scale, short cultivation time, easy harvest. This research aimed screen proteolytic bacteria from bulk samples collected under mango trees study optimum condition production using response surface methodology (RSM). Three bacterial strains (SH2CR, SH3CR, SC4CR) were isolated shown activity. Based on 16S rRNA gene analysis, strain SH2CR was close Priestia megaterium NBRC 15308 T (96.97% similarity), while SH3CR SC4CR related zanthoxyli 1433 (100% similarity). One them, SH2CR, further studied fermenter one-liter scale with medium containing skim milk 30°C. best by achieved 48 h incubation 300 rpm agitation, 1.25% milk.

Screening of Alginate Lyase-Producing Bacteria and Optimization of Media Compositions for Extracellular Alginate Lyase Production
Background: Alginate is a linear polysaccharide consisting of guluronate (polyG) and mannuronate (polyM) subunits. Methods: In the initial screening of alginate-degrading bacteria from soil, 10 isolates were able to grow on minimal medium containing alginate. The optimization of cell growth and alginate lyase (algL) production was carried out by the addition of 0.8% alginate and 0.2-0.3 M NaCl ...

متن کاملOptimization of Cellulase Production from Bacteria Isolated from Soil
Cellulase-producing bacteria were isolated from soil and identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilIs, E. coli, and Serratia marcescens. Optimization of the fermentation medium for maximum cellulase production was carried out. The culture conditions like pH, temperature, carbon sources, and nitrogen sources were optimized. The optimum conditions found for cellulase production were 4...
متن کاملScreening and Isolation of Extracellular Protease Producing Bacteria from the Maharloo Salt Lake
Screening and identification of moderately halophilic protease producing bacteria from different regions of Maharloo, a hypersaline lake in the southern area of Iran, were the objectives of this study. In the preliminary screening, 16 isolates exhibited proteolytic activity on saline skim milk agar. All isolates were able to grow comfortably in the media containing 7-15% of salt. Protease...
متن کاملSCREENING FOR STARCH-HYDROLYSING BACTERIA
Screening of3000 soil samples collected from cities of four different provinces of Iran for starch-hydrolysing bacteria revealed that the nature is enriched with Streptomyces species capable of producing amylolytic enzymes. Among the bacterial isolates, one of the high starch-degrading strains was selected for further microbiological identification and also amylolytic enzyme(s) characteriza...
